Questions during business hours
Phone nurse is available to answer your questions and provide advice during our regular business hours. Please call any of our 5 locations and leave a message on a nurse line, including your name, phone number, patient’s name, date of birth and a time of call. Upon reviewing your voicemail, you will receive a call back from the nurse with further recommendations. If needed, the issue will be forwarded to your pediatrician for review and a return call.

To ensure everyone gets a fair opportunity to have their questions addressed, kindly reserve calls during non-office hours for urgent matters that cannot wait until office re-opens.
If you have urgent questions and need to contact a doctor on call, please call any of our 5 locations and office recording will give you the number to answering service. Please be prepared to provide your name, patient’s name and date of birth, reason for a call and your phone number. If, for some reason you do not receive a call within 30 minutes, please call us again.
- All visits without appointment will incur $16.00 fee.
- All appointments after regular business hours (8:30am-5:30pm), weekends and all Federal Holidays are subject to $20.00 fee.
- Transfer of medical records from Steepleshase Pediatrics to any other medical practice, Physician or Hospital is a subject to $27.00 fee.
